About us

At HAHS, we believe that help supporting our clients and empowering them to live their best life is at the core of what we do.

With over 300 staff across NSW, VIC, QLD and Perth, we focus on providing quality supports to more than 300 clients each year.

Over the time we have been around we have pride our selves on providing quality services and work on continuously improving our services.

HAHS provides tailored programs of supports that caters to our clients individual needs. We help with their disability and/more their mental health needs. We work together to help build their independence and be proud of their contribute to the people in their lives.

We invest heavily in our team we have our online training platform, face to face training, inductions and customized training for our team. We work hard to ensure that our team is continuously learning from experiences and consequently provide further training to help with development post feedback.

Diverse range of clients

HAHS has a wide range of clients that choose us to assist them. We are very proud of the variety of disabilities and mental illness our crew supports. When you join our crew you will be given the opportunity to work with a large range of clients from simple to complex clients who may have multiple disabilities.

Supportive Team

Our team works hard to provide a supportive environment for all our staff. We provide coaching and development at all times and we build our team to provide that on going support. We believe anyone in our team can lean on anyone else in the team for support and we have formal supports in place to provide additional and professional supports. We truly believe that there is always room to learn and continuously improve and that is our attitude in everything we do.

Our staff are very important to us and we work hard to protect our team and we work closely with you to ensure that you are always kept safe.
