You are NDIS assessed and are an eligible participant. When you contact us we will promptly organise a care meeting to understand your support needs and your budget. Your support coordinator is welcome to be there.
We build a service agreement that matches your support needs. You or a nominated person chooses to accept and sign this service agreement. The service agreement expiry date is matched to your review date for NDIS funding.
We provide you with support services as required and according to the service agreement. Simple!
We request payment on a regular basis from your chosen manager. This can be your plan manager, NDIA or yourself if you are self-managed.
You are now an ongoing client of ours and we will review your needs annually or as required. We then go through steps 2 to 4 again.
