Endorsing HAHS for NDIS PACE Plans
When do you need to Endorse?
- This will usually happen when you sign up internally for plan management and
- When you start a new plan and wish to continue with Help at Hand Support Plan Management.
Important for you to also know that only participants or their nominees can endorse providers. Support Coordinators cannot endorse providers on behalf of the participant.
How to endorse Help at Hand Support as your Plan Manager?
You ( participant) or your nominee ( Plan Nominee) have two options to endorse Help at Hand Support Services.
1. Call the NDIA National Call Centre at 1800 800 110 to notify them of your endorsement.
2. Reach out to your local area coordinator ( LAC) or planner to inform them of your choice.
Example of what you could write to help you get this completed is below:
Hello,I am calling to endorse Help at Hand Support Services as my plan manager for my current plan. I am a [participant/nominee] and my NDIS number is [your NDIS number]. I believe my plan is on the PACE system, and I would like to endorse Help at Hand Support Services as my plan manager for my NDIS plan.
Help at Hand Support Services registration number is 405 0075 449.
Please endorse Help at Hand Support Services from [plan start date], which is the start date of my current plan.
Can you confirm that the endorsement is complete?
Are you already with Help at Hand Support as your plan manager?
