From our early days in South Morang in our tiny offices to our head office in Bundoora it has been a great journey. We have now expanded interstate and are looking to continue to grow.
We have a fantastic care team who is passionate about the supports we provide to our participants to ensure that they continue to stay in their own homes.

New Developments
Our strategic vision to grow our business includes adding new and complimentary services to enable us to serve and support a wider range of clients and client needs.
In addition to our continued organic growth, 2023 saw our business launch into the allied health sector with the acquisition of one of Sydney’s most established and highly regarded private speech therapy clinics – Lindfield Speech Pathology & Learning Centre, in Pymble, NSW.
Having operated on Sydney’s North Shore for over a quarter of a century, Help at Hand Support are excited to take Lindfield Speech Pathology to its next stage of evolution, while still operating under the clinic’s original philosophy – to ensure that each client seen, receives the best possible professional care in an environment that builds confidence and real improvement.
The addition of new technology, updated systems and processes and additional back-office support will help the clinic to continue to progress whilst building on its long-held reputation for therapeutic excellence which is based on a team of highly skilled and engaged practitioners who provide therapy in a warm, friendly and caring environment.
As the demand for speech services continues to grow, so too will our business. This includes the transformation to a complete allied health offering that will be able to support clients with speech therapy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy services, in-clinic, in the community and at home.
This means we can help our clients more holistically and seamlessly with different aspects of their support requirements.
