Helping my clients to live more independent and again to feel that they are part of the society by enabling them to participate in duties at home like doing dishes and some other house chores.

I enjoy providing quality support workers to our participants to ensure they live their best life. I also enjoy providing solutions to people which helps them get through the day.

I enjoy my job, and seeing our participants grow and achieve those little gains is amazing to see. What I also love my about my job is having that real connection to the community and truly knowing that we're making a difference and supporting people at different stages at their life.
