Last week,  Help at Hand Support team attended the Penrith Community Disability Expo at the Penrith RSL. It was a great day connecting with local organisations, families, and people with disability, all coming together to share information and support one another.

We enjoyed meeting people at our stall, answering questions about our services, and learning more about the supports available in the community. The day was full of friendly conversations and helpful connections.

We always find it valuable to attend these events as it helps us better understand how we can support people in the community.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by and to the organisers for putting together such a great event. We look forward to being part of more community events like this in the future!
