What if I only need transport once a week?

We can only arrange for weekly recurring transport (not a once off). It is supported transport with a support worker plus km travelled.

What is the minimum time/scheduling?

We ideally ask for a minimum of 3 hours to allow travel to and from destination and the support staff will be with you during your appointments. .

Do I need to pay out-of-pocket for transport if I have NDIS funding?

No, if your NDIS plan includes Core Supports for transport, our services are covered, with no out-of-pocket costs.

Can I use your service for community or social events?

Yes, we provide transport for social outings, recreational activities, and community programs listed in your plan.

How much notice is required to book a trip?

Transport supports via HAHS is accepted only a weekly basis, we do not do adhoc trips unless you are an existing clients wishing to add additional times and the support worker is available.

Are your vehicles accessible for wheelchairs and mobility devices?

No, unfortunately if you require access for wheelchairs and AT – we will need to have a taxi booked. Folded wheelchairs (weighing not more than 10 kgs) can be accommodated.
